Headstones for my Halloween Cemetery. All of my stones bear the epitaphs of Horror/Suspense authors who have passed, or their characters. In this case one of each. Curwin from Lovecraft's "The Case of Charles Dexter Ward" and Arthur Machen, best known as the author of "The Great God Pan"
Made from Polystyrene foam and cement.
Please note: I have many such headstones, and they are representative of my admiration for those whose names are carved on their faces. Absolutely no disrespect is intended.
Congrats on making it onto Propnomicons blog! As I said over there, I really like the weatherign effects. Especially the faint discoloration (moss?) on the Machen stone.
Not heavy at all. The primary material being polystyrene foam insulation. It's coated with a concrete based material, but not enough to substantially increase the weight.
I have to ask: are they very heavy?
